Cleansing steps

Step 1: COLON CLEANSE

Start by moving the bowels, and then some!

Oxy Powder is a unique formula that uses ozone to dissolve compacted fecal matter throughout the entire intestinal tract. The magnesium in this formula is simply a carrier of the ozone.

This program consists of 6 days and should be done before moving onto step 2.

You can repeat this cleanse as needed, or on a quarterly basis (as we do in our home).

Step 2: LIVER & GALLBLADDER FLUSH

This is a 6-day program I highly encourage you to complete once a month for 3 months, then you can switch to a 3-day approach moving forward. Please contact me directly once you've accomplished 3 of these cleanses and I can give you the 3 day approach.

Step 3: Parasite Cleanse

Guys, parasites are REAL!

We perform a parasite cleanse 2 times per year and alternate between the 2 products listed here. They both work.

Note - you'll want to do step 1 and 2 of the cleansing process before jumping into this to make sure your bowels and liver are ready for the die off and processing of dead parasites. You can feel crumy if you jump straight into the "kill" phase.

Side note 1 - your pets carry parasites, if you sleep with them in your bed, they can travel to your body at night. YES - this is true. It's highly recommended to not sleep with your pets and be sure to remove their parasites in addition to yours.

Side note 2 - do not eat raw fish (sushi) - no.
